How to Connect
What is a real estate MCP server?
A real estate MCP server is a live connection between an AI assistant and a real estate dataset. MCP stands for Model Context Protocol, an open standard that allows AI assistants to connect securely to external data sources. Once Infabode is connected, your AI assistant can search and analyze real estate data as part of a normal conversation, instead of relying on whatever it was trained on.
Infabode provides access to more than 1.5 million articles and research reports, enriched with structured data on sectors, companies, funds, assets and locations. It also includes transactions, listings and extracted market data. Explore the underlying fields in the database structure or view the full dataset on Our Data.

Frequently asked questions
What does MCP mean?
MCP stands for Model Context Protocol. It is an open standard that allows AI assistants to connect directly to external tools and data sources.
How is MCP different from a real estate data API?
MCP is designed for AI assistants. Once connected, the assistant can search Infabode in response to a natural-language question. An API is designed for products, applications and automated data workflows. Infabode offers both, allowing teams to use the same underlying real estate data in different ways.
Which AI tools can connect to Infabode?
Infabode works with ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and other services that support remote MCP connections. Microsoft Copilot is supported through a customer-created Copilot agent.
What real estate data is available?
Infabode provides more than 1.5 million articles and research reports, enriched with structured data on sectors, companies, funds, assets and locations. Users can also access transactions, listings and extracted market data.
Do I need an enterprise subscription?
No. MCP access is available across Infabode Anywhere subscription tiers, with pricing based on company size. API and Data Lake access are available separately.
