It is a change in how we deliver our intelligence, but it reflects the same underlying purpose: making real estate information more accessible, more useful and easier to act on.

Why we are not asking you to adopt another AI agent
When we began developing Infabode Anywhere, we considered building our own AI agent, as most tech platforms have done. A dedicated assistant, powered by our data, seemed like the obvious next step.
But we kept coming back to a question: does the industry need another tool to log into, or does it need better information inside the external tools it already uses or the internal tools it is currently building?
One of the frustrations of the software-as-a-service era has been fragmentation. Businesses adopted specialist applications to solve individual problems, only to find their information and processes spread across an increasing number of systems. Each application might be useful, but getting everything to work together became a challenge of its own.
We think there is a risk of repeating that pattern with AI. Replacing dozens of software platforms with dozens — or eventually hundreds — of separate AI agents would not necessarily solve the underlying problem.
What excites us about data lakes and AI is the opportunity to move in the other direction: bringing internal and external information together, then making it useful through the environments a business chooses. Our offering is designed to support that combination of company information and external market intelligence.
We do not believe every data provider needs to own the interface through which its customers work. Our focus is on providing the real estate intelligence behind that interface.
Four ways to bring Infabode into your business

Bring Infabode into your AI assistant
MCP, or Model Context Protocol, provides a standardized way for AI assistants to connect to external data sources and tools.
For Infabode users, it means being able to ask questions about markets, companies, assets and transactions through a compatible assistant, such as ChatGPT, Copilot or Claude. Instead of relying only on information contained in the model's training, the assistant can retrieve relevant structured information from Infabode as part of the conversation.
It is the natural starting point for someone who wants to research a market, investigate an asset or prepare a briefing without building a custom application.

Integrations
Put intelligence inside an existing workflow
An integration brings Infabode into another application or business process. The emphasis is not on opening a conversation with an AI assistant, but on making relevant intelligence available where a task already happens.
That could mean viewing market activity alongside a deal or company record. Our partnership with Intapp, for example, brings real estate market intelligence into the DealCloud workflow, alongside the relationships and opportunities teams are already managing.
Integrations describe the connected experience; an API may provide the connection underneath. You can build integrations with applications that support compatible MCP or API connections, and we are also developing custom integrations with widely used technology providers.

Give your systems direct access to selected data
An API, or application programming interface, allows software to request data directly from Infabode.
This is the route for businesses that want to build their own dashboards, enrich internal CRM records, retrieve selected data fields for comparable transactions or create repeatable research processes. Your team determines what information to request and how it is used within your systems.
Infabode Anywhere subscriptions include API credits, allowing clients to move from exploring questions to incorporating selected data into their own workflows.

Data Lake
Work with the broader dataset
Data Lake access is designed for businesses that want to go beyond individual questions or selected data pulls.
It combines historical information from the past decade with ongoing updates for deeper analysis within a company's own data environment. Research and data science teams can use it to investigate patterns over time, develop models and combine external market activity with their internal information.
Delivery options include Snowflake, bulk API pulls and data files, with scope and update frequency configured to the client's requirements.

Different routes, one connected approach
Together, we believe these routes cover nearly every way a business might want to work with Infabode: asking questions, embedding intelligence in applications, building automated processes or analyzing data at scale. They can also work together rather than forcing a company to choose just one.
We will continue to offer a basic direct-access option for those who prefer to use Infabode itself. But our priority is making the data compatible with the systems our clients already use. We will measure success not by time spent on our platform, but by how effectively our data helps clients make better-informed decisions.
The market does not wait for the next quarterly report
Real estate has become accustomed to working with delayed information, often looking back at the previous quarter when making decisions today. We think that expectation is going to change.
Quarterly research remains valuable. But it should sit alongside an understanding of what has happened since: a newly announced acquisition, a significant letting, a competing development or a change in an investor's strategy.
